About Me
I am a Clinical Social Worker with twelve years experience. I obtained my MSW at the University of Toronto with and emphasis on health and mental health

I have since worked in a variety of medical and community settings in the mental health field including: inpatient treatment, emergency and crisis services, and educational settings.
​
In 2011, I trained as a therapist under supervision in private practice. I obtained further specialized trauma therapy training (EMDR -Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) at the British Columbia School of Professional Psychology.
​
Most recently, I have practiced for three years at the University of Toronto as a counsellor for graduate students.
​
My aim is to assist individuals on their own journey towards self discovery and healing.

Virtual Appointments
I currently offer online appointments to adults and teens in Ontario. In person appointments may be offered in the future.

RATES

$140 per 50 minute session
​​
Student Rate: $125 per hour
​
Direct billing to Green Shield
PAYMENT
I accept debit or credit card payments. I can also bill directly to Green Shield Insurance.

INSURANCE
My services are not covered by OHIP.
Many insurance companies now cover services offered by Registered Social Workers (RSW) in Ontario. Check your personal coverage for details.

CANCELLATION POLICY (24 hrs)
Should something come up and you need to cancel an appointment, please notify me a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged for the session.
